At Trifecta Bodyworks, we strive to provide every client with an exceptional healing experience. Our services are carefully designed to promote relaxation, wellness, and balance. We value your time and energy, and we ask the same in return. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled session will be charged the full session amount.
All services, including massage therapy, sound healing sessions, 4-handed massages, and corporate sound healing retreats, are non-refundable once rendered.
If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please let us know immediately. We are committed to client satisfaction and will do our best to make things right through service credit or session adjustment on a case-by-case basis.
Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or used at a later date.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. They may be used for any available service of equal or lesser value and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Corporate and group sound healing bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the date and time. Deposits are refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling.
